Founder`s bio

Michael Chumakov is founder of Laboratory and the inventor of few technologies. Valuable engineering education in one of the best Soviet Academies and more than 20 years in the sound transfer and signal prosessing projects provided a rich and diverse background to start his current work challenge. Engineering PhD created the foundation for successfully working in corporate environment of first class professional equipment companies.

He graduated with honors from the Leningrad Military Engineering Space Academy named after Mojaiskiy, one of the best Soviet Engineering Academies, where speсialists for Government Space Programs were prepared. Later in the same Academy he continued his scientific studies and received an Engineering PhD.

Some time later Michael held major positions in two companies, both leaders of the telecommunications market of Russia, specializing in high-quality methods of signal transmission.

Among his scientific interests are: developing principles of quality of sound transfer assessment in transistor and lamp amplifiers, designing high-quality sound reproduction sections.

Currently he is Founder and Chief Scientist of Mchlab, a high-tech startup company producing professional sound equipment.
